I love the array of classes that they offer here. So many options to choose from. They offer training and various competitions or group/individual challenges here as well. They do various events for holidays. They have a pool, and sauna as well. At one point they did offer city discounts. The only downside is they charge 25 cent for a locker and there equipment is not updated like how it would be at a newer gym.

They offer a variety of classes that are for women. The staff is pretty nice and the facility is nice too.

How do the stars work?
Each reviewer chooses the number of stars to award. The number of ratings are used to calculate the overall average rating that is seen by everyone.
