Very diverse in the different ways you can workout and in the the equipment that they have available.

Great staff that administer many healthy choices for ALL ages! Swimming, art, yoga, etc.

Great swimming instructors. I would give more stars if it wasn't so much more expensive than the other rec centers in Norfolk.
