This is a very lean and friendly gym. The staff is always there to great you and the place is open 24/7. So there is no excuse no to make it there. I prefer the early morning before work when its not as crowded and have come to know some familiar faces in the morning. Even the patrons are nice to each other and it makes this gym a comfortable atmosphere to work out in.
