My boys took Karate Lessons from them
They are good and they really work with kids to get them to learn the techniques and apply them with your everyday attitude. They also teach kids not to do these steps on others unless you are confronted in a bad way. I like how they taught them because knowing my two they would have been trying to Karate Kick each other every night
