Why Do You Want To Join A Gym? – We are interested in figuring out what you want to accomplish with us and building our intro course around that Want To Tone Up And Get Back Into Shape? – We will teach you what proteins, carbs and fats are. What makes those “good”, what makes the “bad” and most importantly “WHY’. Day 3 will teach you how to calculate your calories, proteins, carbs and fats in order to lose weight, tone up and get more muscle definition. Worried About Your Form And Not Being Able To Complete A Workout? – Every session in the Academy we learn new movements. We only progress when you are completely comfortable with the exercise. This is in a personal setting with a coach to modify anything you may need assistance with. We also dial back these workouts so that we aren’t too sore the next day because the goal is to feel better not worse right?
